1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Zap, a platform of short vertical series available in a web browser. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Access

• No sign-up required: a guest account is created automatically and tied to your browser (session cookie).
• Creating an account (e-mail + password, or Google) keeps your list, history, coins and subscription across devices.
• Some content is intended for mature audiences (16+ / 18+): an age confirmation may be requested.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Settings. A guest account only lives in the browser used: clearing cookies means losing guest data (list, history, coins).

4. Paid episodes

The first episodes of each series are free. Later episodes are unlocked with coins or included in VIP. Purchase conditions are set out in the terms of sale.

5. Rules

You must not copy, download, record or redistribute content outside the player; bypass technical protections; abuse the service with bots; or create multiple accounts to collect bonuses. Breaches may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The catalogue may change.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version online when you use the service applies. Significant changes will be notified.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
